When can I place an order?

Anytime. Sign up for bulk in the spring, and you can request as long as there are slots remaining.

For retail cuts, submit your order anytime throughout the year, and we’ll coordinate getting you your order.

While we are currently taking a hiatus from beef, chicken, and turkey, we may re-introduce these based on interest. If you would like to put your name on the waiting list for any of these meats, tell us in the comments below!
