Naturally evaporated sea salt from the Baja coast with flavor you wouldn’t believe. Drastically better than even pink Himalayan salt, and you can tell the difference. With 23% more minerals than table salt, you’re eating less sodium, while also increasing your mineral intake. Most people find that it’s so flavorful, you can even use less of it.

Naturally sun-dried in an area of mineral-rich volcanic and deep thermal activity, this salt is harvested at the far end of a sea where there is no commercial shipping traffic. It’s also a natural product, ¼ of it being other minerals, so you will see occasional darker colored granules and it may turn a more golden color as it interacts with the air. That’s perfectly normal.

You may also notice that this sea salt can absorb moisture. Unlike regular salt, which is primarily Sodium Chloride, helping it to stay “dry,” other minerals are apt to pick up moisture. Don’t be concerned if you leave it out overnight and the salt looks wet! This is natural in humid environments. At a glance, you can identify a good quality salt by how much moisture it absorbs.
